ABOUT

Rebecca Alasdair is an indie author who dabbles in multiple genres but whose true love remains fantasy—the more epic, the better.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Rebecca has been writing from the moment she learned to hold a pencil. She completed her first novel-length piece at age sixteen and kept at it until she published her first book, Holding Up the Sky, in 2022.

Rebecca is now a public sector environment worker by day, teller of stories by night, and full-time pawrent to a cheeky Miniature Schnauzer called Violet. When she’s not carving out time for her authorly pursuits, she can usually be found reading until the dawn light peeks through the curtains or training for her next long-distance running event.

Her next book is Blood of Old, the first instalment in the epic fantasy series “Graceborn”, which is expected sometime in 2026.
