My top ten reads of 2021

Wow, how is it already time to announce my TOP TEN favourite books of the year? I’ve had a slower reading year in 2021, but that’s all right. I enjoyed the 35 books I did read, and today I’m excited to share the ten I loved most of all. So come and join the chat!!

Wow, is it time to compile a list of my favourite reads in the 12 months? Already? 2021 has been a bit of a slow year for me in terms of reading, but that’s okay. It’s been a busy one! There are a few days left in the year, but as I write this post I have read a total of 35 books, and while I haven’t rated or reviewed them all, my average rating for 2021 is 4.7 out of 5. So I’ve definitely enjoyed the vast majority of my reading material!! Of course, that’s only made it harder to choose my top ten reads of year year, but I managed it. Now let’s get on with the announcement…

CHAIN OF IRON by Cassandra Clare

Series: The Wheel of Time #6

My thoughts: I read most of The Wheel of Time this year, and while I didn’t rate or review the books individually, the series as a whole was definitely a top read! Lord of Chaos stands out to me as one of the best instalments.
